Today's morning was a little dull than usual. In fact, it isn't just the morning - it's the entire day itself that's pretty dull. (Not just because of the gloomy weather.) I’m with my girls laughing and talking gossip, yet somehow my mind was distracted and preoccupied.

This is one downside of having an office crush - while the mere sight of that one unsuspecting person can bring the sincerest of smiles, one day of missing a dose of that quiet guy with shy eyes behind those eyeglasses somehow makes the September rains a little bit more unbearable. (Well, I've always hated the rain anyway.) I hope I get to catch a glimpse of him tomorrow, a treat to suffice a quiet infatuation over the weekend. And if not... Well, there's always the next week.
